A positioning method, a positioning device and an access point (AP), the method comprising: receiving first distance parameters transmitted by a first AP for characterizing a first distance between the first AP and a first terminal device connected to the first AP in the first instant, and receiving second distance parameters transmitted by a second AP for characterizing a second distance between the second AP and the first terminal device connected to the second AP in the second instant, the first AP and the second AP being the same AP or different APs; receiving state parameters of the first terminal device from the first instant to the second instant, the state parameters comprising the speed information of the first terminal device from the first instant to the second instant and the angle between the moving direction and a reference direction; determining first coordinates and/or second coordinates according to pre-acquired coordinates of the first AP, pre-acquired coordinates of the second AP, the first distance parameters, the second distance parameters and the state parameters. Positioning with high precision and low cost can be realized by means of the method.
