Abstract:
A positioning mold suitable for grating arch frame machining, the positioning mold comprising a base, positioning seats and positioning plates. The plurality of positioning seats are distributed in the length direction of the base at equal intervals. The inner side of the supporting plates are provided with positioning stations corresponding to a grating arch frame and used for placing the grating arch frame. Two lower notches used for bearing a main rib below the grating arch frame are formed below each positioning station. A supporting piece extending to each positioning station is arranged above the positioning station. An upper notch used for bearing the main rib above the grating arch frame is formed in each supporting piece. A radian of a positioning mold is set according to an initial support design requirement of a tunnel; arch bending is performed according to the design radian requirement; a steel frame channel clamp plate is welded on the I-shaped steel base; after the mold is manufactured, the main rib and a splayed rib are placed on the mold to be welded to form the grating arch frame. The structure is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the production error is small.
