Abstract:
Provided is a positioning and navigation method for fracture reduction and closure surgery, the method comprising: installing preoperative positioning devices (1), and performing CT scanning to obtain image information of a broken bone and the preoperative positioning devices; determining data information of broken bone segments and positioning balls of the preoperative positioning devices (1); grouping the obtained data information into data groups, with each broken bone segment and preoperative positioning device (1) being taken as a group, and determining coordinates of the center of the ball of each positioning ball (9); determining the matching relationship between each preoperative positioning device (1) and the corresponding broken bone segment according to the coordinates of the center of the ball of the positioning ball (9); removing the preoperative positioning devices (1), and installing intraoperative positioning devices (11); tracking and recognizing a positioning ball (14) of each intraoperative positioning device (11) with infrared light so as to determine the coordinates of the center of the ball of the positioning ball (14) in the intraoperative positioning device (11); determining the spatial posture of each intraoperative positioning device (11) according to the coordinates of the center of the ball of the intraoperative positioning device (11), and determining the spatial posture of each broken bone segment in the surgery according to a coordinate transformation relationship between the preoperative positioning device (1) and the intraoperative positioning device (11); and rendering and displaying each broken bone model in real time.
