The present application discloses a positioning rod structure and a snow removal truck. The positioning rod structure comprises an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve; the outer sleeve extends in the up-down direction, the lower end of the outer sleeve is mounted on a truck body, and a notch is formed in the side part of the upper end of the outer sleeve; the inner sleeve extends in the up-down direction, and the lower end of the inner sleeve is hingedly connected to the side wall of the outer sleeve, such that the inner sleeve has a folding position of moving to form an included angle with the outer sleeve and a working position of moving to be coaxially arranged with the outer sleeve; when switching is performed from the working position to the folding position, the notch is used for giving place to the inner sleeve, such that the interference between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve is avoided, and the folding is facilitated; the positioning rod structure does not need to be split into multiple sections for storage, thereby reducing the damage risk of the positioning rod structure; and repeated assembly is not needed, the operation is easy, and the effect is good.
