Abstract:
A positioning rotation shaft for a notebook computer, comprising a rotating bracket (1), a stopper (2), a shaft core rod (3), a plurality of first annular fins (4) and a plurality of second annular fins (5), wherein the rotating bracket (1) comprises a support portion (6), a first shaft sleeve (7) and a second shaft sleeve (8); the first shaft sleeve (7) is located at a first end of a first end surface of the rotating bracket (1), and the second shaft sleeve (8) is located in the middle of the first end surface of the rotating bracket (1); a groove (9) is provided in a region between a second end of the first end surface of the rotating bracket (1) and the second shaft sleeve; the first annular fin (4) and the second annular fin (5) are both provided with a notch groove (10); the first annular fin (4) and the second annular fin (5) are sleeved on a polished rod portion (31) of the shaft core rod (3) and alternately arranged; a gap is left between the first annular fin (4) and the polished rod portion (31), and the end of the first annular fin (4) is in close-fitting contact with the polished rod portion (31); inner walls of the first annular fin (4) and the second annular fin (5) are both provided with two recessed grooves(18), and the two recessed grooves (18) are respectively located on two sides of the notch groove (10); and the gap portion of the first annular fin (4) communicates with the two recessed grooves (18) of the first annular fin (4). The positioning rotation shaft of the structure has stable and uniform torsion and friction.
