Abstract:
This object aims to realize a function of reducing interference to other wireless systems using the same frequency band while maintaining the low cost, compact size, low power consumption performance of a terminal. As a means for solving the problem, in a positioning system comprising a terminal, base stations for receiving the signal from the terminal, and a reference station for performing the time synchronization of the base stations, the base stations and reference station which are comparatively tolerant to the cost, size and power consumption have a function of detecting giving interference, calculate the giving interference state of the terminal from the result of the detection of the giving interference, the position information of the terminal, the position information of a known base station and reference station, and notify the calculated state to the terminal.
