Abstract:
The invention relates to a positioning system (40) for the relative positioning of a blank wire end embodied on a cable end (20) in relation to a compression space of an ultrasonic welding device, said positioning system (40) comprising a cable receiving element (47) with two clamping limbs (41, 42) that can be moved in relation to each other, for receiving at least one cable end (20) in a clamped manner in a relative arrangement defined in relation to the positioning system (40), a locking device for locking the clamping limbs (41, 42) in a locking configuration, and an abutment device for positioning the positioning system (40) against a counter-abutment arranged at a distance from the compression space on the ultrasonic welding device. The invention also relates to a handling device for such a positioning system and to the use of the positioning system as a manipulation object of a manipulator.
