Abstract:
Disclosed is a positioning system for an underwater operation robot based on an auxiliary robot binding pile with a cable. The system comprises a water surface console, and an underwater operation robot (1) capable of being attached to a pile (7), one side of the underwater operation robot (1) being provided with a cable box (9) for having a flexible binding belt placed therein, and the other side thereof being provided with a cable winch mechanism (3) for tightening the flexible binding belt. The system further comprises an underwater robot (6) with a cable, wherein a front end of the underwater robot (6) with a cable is provided with a manipulator for clamping the flexible binding belt, and the water surface console is in signal connection with the underwater operation robot (1) and the underwater robot (6) with a cable to control the action of the underwater operation robot (1) and the underwater robot (6) with a cable. The system can significantly improve the positioning capacity and operation efficiency of the underwater operation robot, and effectively overcome the problems of the high energy consumption of the robot in a "power positioning" form and low operation efficiency resulting from it being difficult for the manipulator to aim at a target due to shaking in position of the robot.
