Abstract:
Provided is a positioning system (1) equipped with: a plurality of first terminals (100) that are arranged at prescribed positions and emit a unique identification number; a second terminal (200) that is portable and that emits a unique identification number; a third terminal (300) capable of receiving the identification information emitted from the first and second terminals; a first computation unit (510) (310) for computing position information about the third terminal on the basis of the identification information received from the first terminals by the third terminal; and a second computation unit (510) (310) for computing position information about the second terminal on the basis of the position information about the third terminal as computed by the first computation unit and the intensity of radio waves from the second terminal received by the third terminal.
