Abstract:
The present application relates to a positioning tool and a rotor lamination assembling method. The positioning tool provided in the present application comprises an expansion assembly and a compression assembly; the expansion assembly comprises an axial positioning member and a radial positioning member, the radial positioning member being capable of passing through a shaft hole of a lamination stack to be assembled, and the radial positioning member being capable of producing radial acting force on the hole wall of the shaft hole; the radial positioning member has a first end and a second end which are opposite to one another in the axial direction of the lamination stack; the compression assembly is detachably fitted with the lamination stack, and the compression assembly can produce axial compression acting force on the lamination stack; the first end and the second end of the radial positioning member are respectively positioned on two sides of the compression assembly, the axial positioning member is connected to a position of the radial positioning member close to the first end, and the compression assembly produces acting force on the axial positioning member in the direction from the second end to the first end.
