Abstract:
Provided are a positive-displacement compressor, a two-stage compressor system, and a control method thereof. The compressor system comprises a compressor (1) comprising low-pressure cylinders (111, 112) and a high-pressure cylinder (114) connected in series. The low-pressure cylinders (111, 112) comprise at least two pneumatic cylinders (111, 112) connected in parallel. The compressor system further comprises a control system used to control at least one of the two parallel-connected pneumatic cylinders (111, 112) to operate at full load and/or no load. The compressor system realizes a variable ratio of a high-pressure stage engine displacement to a low-pressure stage engine displacement, and is simple in structure, increasing reliability of the two-stage compressor system.
