Abstract:
A positive displacement multi-phase flow mass flow meter, comprising the following components: a gamma ray mass fraction meter (1) located on a multi-phase flow delivery main pipeline (2); a diverting switching valve (3) by means of which the multi-phase flow delivery main pipeline is divided into two branch pipelines; two identical, parallel multi-phase fluid mass measurement containers (4), each being located downstream of each branch pipeline, a gas-liquid separator (5) being disposed between the each branch pipeline and the measurement containers, and each of the measurement containers being provided with a differential pressure sensor (6) thereon, each of the differential pressure sensors having a pressure introduction inlet located at the bottom of the container, and each measurement container having a gas outlet pipeline (7) at the top and a vent outlet pipeline (8) and a discharge switching valve (9) at the bottom; the gas outlet pipeline and a liquid outlet pipeline are combined to form a multi-phase flow delivery main pipeline outside of the measurement container; a counter is provided on the diverting switching valve (3) or the discharge switching valve (9) and is used for counting instances of discharging liquid of the measurement container.
