Abstract:
In order to determine causes that affect voltage drop and obtain high output, and to provide a lithium-ion battery which has minimal voltage drop when being recharged or stored at high temperatures, disclosed is a lithium-ion battery characterized in that the content of iron contained in a positive electrode active material (measured with an ICP spectrometer) is at least 10 ppm, and magnetic materials having a size of 0.70 times or greater than the thickness of a separator layer are effectively not present.
