Abstract:
The application provides a positive electrode of a lithium-ion battery, an all-solid-state lithium-ion battery and a preparation method thereof, and an electronic device. The all-solid-state lithium-ion battery of the present application comprises a positive electrode, a solid-state electrolyte, and a negative electrode. The positive electrode comprises a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode material layer provided on a surface of the positive electrode current collector. A positive electrode active material in the positive electrode material layer is a manganese oxide compound. The negative electrode comprises a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode material layer provided on a surface of the negative electrode current collector. A negative electrode active material in the negative electrode material layer is a titanium oxide compound. In the all-solid-state lithium-ion battery provided by the present application, neither the positive electrode nor the negative electrode contain any lithium compounds or lithium metal. Both a manganese oxide compound and the titanium oxide compound of the present application can be prepared at a normal or lower temperature, so as to greatly reduce the requirements of environmental conditions for preparing solid-state lithium-ion batteries; and the preparation method can be coordinated with semiconductor processing to achieve the integration of solid-state batteries on microcircuits.
