Abstract:
The present invention relates to a positive electrode for a lithium secondary battery, the positive electrode comprising a coating layer comprising iron hydroxide and formed on a positive electrode active material layer of a lithium secondary battery, and relates to a positive electrode having a novel structure and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, whereby, by being provided with the positive electrode, problems attributable to lithium polysulfide occurring in conventional lithium secondary batteries may be resolved.
