Abstract:
Provided is a positive photosensitive pigment composition that enables alignment of an exposure mask using near-infrared rays, that is exceptional in terms of halftone workability, and that has both high exposure sensitivity and high storage stability. This positive photosensitive pigment composition contains: (a) a pigment containing a compound having two structures represented by formula (1) per molecule and having one perylene skeleton per molecule; (b) a compound having a structure represented by formula (2) and having no N,N-dialkylaminoalkyl group, or a metal salt of said compound; (c) a resin; (d) a photoacid generator; and (e) an organic solvent. (In formula (1), R1 represents a phenylene group optionally having a substituent or a naphthylene group optionally having a substituent. The symbol * represents a bonding site with a carbon atom constituting the perylene skeleton.) (In formula (2), R2 to R5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a bromine atom, or a hydroxyl group. R6 represents a monovalent group having a sulfo group bonded to a carbon atom constituting an aromatic ring and/or having a carboxyl group bonded to a carbon atom constituting an aromatic ring.
