Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a positive photosensitive pigment composition having high long-term storage stability with respect to halftone processability, with which an organic EL display device having excellent light resistance reliability can be obtained and light-shielding pixel division layers and spacer layers can be collectively formed. The present invention is a positive photosensitive pigment composition containing (a) a triphendioxazine pigment having a carboxylic acid amide bond and/or a carboxylic acid ester bond, (b) a resin having a structure represented by formula (1) and/or a structure represented by formula (2), (c) a photoacid generator, and (d) an organic solvent.
