Abstract:
A positive pressure heavy-load column rolling guide rail pair, comprising a guide rail (1) and a slide block (2) cooperating therewith; a top face of the guide rail (1) is a main motion face for bearing a positive pressure of a moving heavy-load object, a row of large rollers (3) are located on the top face of the guide rail (1), two sides of the guide rail (1) are force-bearing guide faces, two rows of small rollers (4) are respectively located on either side, constraining the tendency of the moving object to deviate from left-right and radial rotation, two flanks of the slide block (2) are provided with flanges (5), three rows of rollers are placed on three abraded planes of the slide block (2), so as to perform an infinite cycle operation by means of a returner (6). Said guide rail pair has a simple structure, is easy to use and can bear a heavy load.
