Abstract:
A positron CT device comprises two detector units (1, 2) disposed on a portion of a circular arc of a circle surrounding the test subject (M), and comprises two support arms (3, 4) that are disposed on the circular arc and that support the detector units (1, 2). The configuration is such that the detector units (1, 2) are driven by moving the support arms (3, 4) on the circle surrounding the test subject (M) independently of each other. Thus, the entire detector unit (1) is support along the support arm (3), and the entire detector unit (2) is support along the support arm (4). As a result, the detector units (1, 2) are unlikely to vibrate, and a simple structure can be achieved.
