Abstract:

[Problem] The purpose of the invention is to provide a post-installed anchor that can be reused and be easily removed and recovered. [Solution] A post-installed anchor that can be inserted and anchored in an anchor insertion hole formed in a structure comprises: a cylindrical anchor body; an expanding piece that comprises a flat portion formed on the distal end side of the anchor body, divided into a plurality of pieces by a plurality of slits 16 extending in the axial direction evenly spaced in the circumferential direction, forming a surface on a plane, and provided with spring force, an anchoring portion formed on the distal end of the flat portion and thicker than the flat portion, and an inclined portion formed so that the inner face gradually inclines toward the inner direction nearer the distal end of the expanding piece; female threads formed on the inner face on the side toward the non-expanding portion of the anchor body; and a male threaded body that has a substantial circular cylindrical shape that can be inserted into the anchor body and that has a frustoconical shaped wedge formed on the distal end, male threads formed on the rear end side to screw into the female threads formed in the anchor body, and a rotary tool engaging portion formed on the rear end face. The post-installed anchor is anchored into the anchor insertion hole by expanding the expanding piece with wedge action by abutting the distal end frustoconical shaped wedge of the male threaded body with the inclined portion formed so that the diameter of the inner face is smaller toward the distal end of the expanding piece by way of advancing the male threaded body by screwing the male threads of the male threaded body into the female threads of the anchor body, and the expanding piece can be recovered and reused by closing the expansion due to the spring force of the expansion flat portion by way of retracting the male threaded body.
