Abstract:
A post-surgery rehabilitation exercise apparatus for use by a patient of Stanford type A aortic dissection, comprising a base plate (1), a driving apparatus (3) mounted at the middle on the base plate (1) in proximity to one end thereof, and two lower limb exercising apparatus (4) symmetrically provided on the base plate (1) in proximity to one end thereof and on either side of the driving apparatus (3). By means of an organic combination of a passive rehabilitation exercise and an active rehabilitation exercise, the rate at which the patient rehabilitates is increased, at the same time, the formation of an arteriovenous thrombosis is effectively prevented for the patient, bowel movements are speeded up, the vital capacity is increased, expectoration is favored, and pulmonary complications are reduced. In addition, the two lower limb exercising apparatus (4) allow the lower limbs of the patient to be fixed conveniently and quickly, thus making the present rehabilitation exercise apparatus easy to use. A sponge pad (5) increases the degree of comfort of using the present rehabilitation exercise apparatus, thus stimulating the interest of the patient in using the present rehabilitation exercise apparatus for a rehabilitation exercise, thereby achieving the goal of the rehabilitation exercise, and being worthwhile for promotion and popularization.
