Abstract:
Disclosed is a post-treatment agent for a super basalt fiber and a fabric thereof, and a use method, relating to the technical field of fiber treatment agents. Calculating based on percentage by weight, the post-treatment agent comprises 5-10% of a film-forming agent, 0.5-5% of a roughening agent, 8-15% of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the remainder is water. The basalt fiber treated by the post-treatment agent has advantages including high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, moisture resistance, and high strength. The basalt fiber fabric treated by the post-treatment agent can greatly reduce the strength loss rate in high temperatures of 300-350°C, thereby increasing the service life of the fabric, and being suitable for use in high-temperature filtering materials.
