Provided is a post-treatment mixer, comprising a support (1), a vortex mixer (2) arranged at the upper end of the support, a long pipe mixer (3), which is arranged at the lower end of the support and is in communication with the vortex mixer, and a flow-equalizing hole plate (4), which is arranged at the lower end of the support and positioned at a side portion of the long pipe mixer. The vortex mixer comprises a body (21), which is of a vortex shape from inside to outside, and a sealing plate (24) arranged at the lower end of the body, wherein a vortex fluid channel (22) is formed in the body, and the vortex fluid channel is used for guiding a waste gas flow to spirally enter a central urea mixing region (23) thereof from the outside; and the sealing plate is provided with a fluid outlet (25) that is in communication with the central urea mixing region. The long pipe mixer comprises a pipe body (31) having exhaust holes (32) provided in the peripheral wall thereof. The post-treatment mixer can improve the mixing uniformity of a waste gas flow and NH3 and the uniformity of the speed of a mixed gas flow, can reduce the injection amount of urea, and can effectively avoid the phenomenon of urea crystallization that tends to occur at a low exhaust temperature and a low waste gas flow. Further provided is an engine U-shaped post-treatment system.
