Abstract:
A posture holder comprising: a recessed, spherical curved surface-shaped first support section (23) capable of supporting seated buttocks (42); a front protruding section (24) protruding towards the front from the bottom end of the first support section (23) and capable of supporting the lower side of thighs (43); and an upper protruding section (25) positioned on the upper side of the first support section (23) and comprising a protruding curve-shaped hip support section (28) capable of supporting the ilium (151) section of the waist (44). First cut-out sections (30) are formed on both sides of a base section of the upper protruding section (25).
