Abstract:
Provided is a pot movement mechanism of an automatic cooking apparatus. The pot movement mechanism comprises a pot main body (1) for containing food, a transmission rotary shaft (2) for driving the rotation of the pot main body (1), a power device (3) for providing the transmission rotary shaft (2) with power for rotation, a movable collision block (4) for moving with the pot main body (1) and the transmission rotary shaft (2) together, and a fixed collision block (5), with the fixed collision block being used for colliding with the movable collision block (4), so that the pot main body (1) stops the rotation, and the food in the pot main body (1) is flipped under the effect of inertia. The pot movement mechanism of an automatic cooking apparatus is simple in structure and small in size, and does not need a large motion range. Further provided are a control method and control device for the pot movement mechanism of an automatic cooking apparatus, and a method for flipping dishes, so that dishes in the pot main body (1) can be flipped effectively after collision with the pot main body.
