Abstract:
Mono- or dipotassium salt of 2-[[5-ethyl-3-[2'-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)biphenyl-4-yl]methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolin-2-ylidene]aminocarbonyl]-1-cyclopentenecarboxylic acid, a medicinal composition containing the salt, the use of the salt as a medicine, and a method of treating circulatory diseases by administering the salt. The salt has potent angiotensin II antagonism and hypotensive activity and a high peroral bio-availability, thus being useful as a medicine.
