Abstract:
A potato material cleaning machine comprises a hopper (1), a conveyer (2), a crudely-washing device (3), a finely-washing device (4), a supporting pillar (9), a slicer (6), a transmission shaft (8), a dryer (5), a fixed plate (10), a driving motor (7), a discharging port (11), a bolt hole (12), a belt (13), and a dust shielding plate (14). The crudely-washing device (3) is located in an outlet of the hopper (1), the crudely-washing device (3), the finely-washing device (4) and the dryer (5) are disposed on the conveyer (2) in sequence, and the finely-washing device (4) is located between the crudely-washing device (3) and the dryer (5). The fixed plate (10) is fixedly mounted on the lower part of the supporting pillar (9). The potato material cleaning machine has a compact structure, performs automatic washing without damaging raw materials, and improves the cleaning efficiency.
