Abstract:
A potential measuring device of the disclosure of the present invention comprises a plurality of readout electrodes that are arranged in an array and that detect the potential of a potential generating point that is generated by a chemical change, and a reference electrode that detects a reference potential, with the reference electrode being disposed within the array of the readout electrodes. Due to this configuration, a low-noise potential measuring device can be realized in which wiring noise is reduced, more specifically, noise that is superimposed on wiring running from the readout electrodes to an amplifier, and noise that is superimposed on wiring running from the reference electrode to the amplifier.
