Abstract:
A pouch battery, comprising: an electrode core having multiple positive tab (11) and multiple negative tabs (12), an upper cover (4) and a lower cover (5) which are formed by stamping a pouch film, and a hollow cylindrical housing (3) which is formed by rolling the pouch film. The pouch film comprises a protective layer (21), sealing layers (22), and a middle metal layer (23) located between the protective layer and the sealing layers; the inner surface of the wall of the cylindrical housing (3) is the sealing layer (22), and the outer surface of the peripheral wall of the upper cover (4) and the outer surface of the peripheral wall of the lower cover (5) are the sealing layers (22); the sealing layer (22) of the upper cover (4) is connected to the sealing layer (22) of the cylindrical housing (3), the sealing layer (22) of the lower cover (5) is connected to the sealing layer (22) of the cylindrical housing (3), and the upper cover (4), the cylindrical housing (3) and the lower cover (5) together form a sealed housing; the electrode core is accommodated in the housing, outer ends of the multiple positive tabs (11) pass through a first end of the cylindrical housing (3) and are connected together to form a positive tab network structure, and outer ends of the multiple negative tabs (12) pass through a second end of the cylindrical housing (3) and are connected together to form a negative tab network structure. By means of the positive tab network structure and the negative tab network structure, battery impedance of the pouch battery is greatly reduced, and high-rate charge-discharge characteristics are provided.
