Abstract:
Provided is a pouch container that enables safer oral ingestion of contents. A pouch container 1A comprises a body portion 10 including an accommodation space 10a therein accommodating contents 100, and a detachment-ready portion 20. The body portion 10 includes a trunk portion 11 and a spout portion 12 protruding from the trunk portion 11 and thus configured to be holdable in the mouth. The accommodation space 10a is provided to reach a boundary portion between the detachment-ready portion 20 and a lateral end portion 12s so that an outlet 12s1 is formed in the lateral end portion 12s when the detachment-ready portion 20, which is provided adjacent to the lateral end portion 12s positioned in a width direction of the spout portion 12, is detached from the lateral end portion 12s. In a state in which the detachment-ready portion 20 has been detached from the lateral end portion 12s, a tip-end portion 12e in the protruding direction of the spout portion 12 is closed so that the contents 100 can be poured out from the outlet 12s1 in a direction intersecting with the protruding direction of the spout portion 12.
