Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pouch packing apparatus for packing a pouch for holding liquid contents. The pouch packing apparatus comprises a supply unit (10) on which a roll-type pouch is mounted; a first transfer unit (20) which transfers the pouch on the supply unit (10); an injection unit (30) which injects liquid contents into the pouch being transferred by the first transfer unit (20); a cutting unit (40) which cuts the roll-type pouch passed from the injection unit (30) into individual pouches; a second transfer unit (50) which transfers the individual pouches cut by the cutting unit (40); and a sealing unit (60) interposed between components of the second transfer unit (50) to seal open ends of the pouches. As described above, liquid contents are injected into the containing space of each of the pouches, and the pouches are immediately cut into individual pouches. Therefore, the weight of the pouches is prevented from being increased during the transfer of the pouches, and the height of the pouches being transferred is prevented from being lowered, and the top of each pouch is fixed so as to prevent the pouches from being inclined during cutting. In addition, each pouch is individually transferred and sealed, thus preventing defects of one pouch from affecting other neighboring pouches even upon occurrence of a defect of one pouch.
