The present invention relates to a pourer containing a light-emitting device, the pourer comprising: a rubber cap inserted into a glass container; a cap support portion coupled to the upper side of the rubber cap and formed to have a diameter larger than that of the entrance of the glass container, thereby supporting the rubber cap; a control portion that is configured on the upper end of the cap support portion and has a circuit board; a power supply portion that interworks with the control portion and applies power; a light-emitting portion that emits light by means of the control portion; a sensor portion that recognizes a liquid and transfers data to the control portion; a light-emitting cap formed on the upper side of the cap support portion so as to contain and to surround the control portion, the power supply portion, and the light-emitting portion; and a channel tube that penetrates between the light-emitting cap and the rubber cap, one end of the channel tube protruding from the upper portion of the light-emitting cap, and the other end thereof protruding from the lower portion of the rubber cap. The control portion and the power supply portion are formed integrally with or separately from the cap support portion. The sensor portion comprises a water sensor installed inside the channel tube and can recognize a flow of a liquid that flows through the channel tube using the water sensor and can operate accordingly.
