Abstract:
This pouring member, for example, a container, is characterized by having a spout (1a) for discharging a viscous fluid, and by a hydrophobic layer of hydrophobic and inorganic particles (20) being selectively formed on the top surface of a substrate which forms the spout (1a). The hydrophobic layer formed on the spout (1a) of the pouring member does not peel and is not destroyed due to repeated use, and therefore can stably preventing dripping over a long period of time.
