Abstract:
A coating system, comprising a first powder coating material and a second powder coating material, the first powder coating material comprising a first resin component, the second powder coating material comprising a second resin component, the second powder coating material applied over the first powder coating material, the first powder coating material and the second powder coating material being cured simultaneously, wherein the first powder coating material has a higher flowability than the second powder coating material. Also disclosed is a method of applying the coating system comprising: applying the first powder coating material; applying the second powder coating material; and simultaneously curing the first powder coating material and the second powder coating material. Also disclosed is a substrate coated with the coating system.
