Abstract:
This powder-containing composition contains an aqueous solvent, a cationic polymer present in the aqueous solvent, and a powder which in the aqueous solvent is negatively charged on the surface and which has a BET specific surface area of at least 50m2/g. Relative to the molecular weight of the cationic polymer, the cationic polymer contains 15-85% of a first component, which is an amine-containing (meth)acrylic-based component, and 15-85% of a second component, which is a vinyl-based component comprising a heterocycle or amide. The ratio of the mass of the cationic polymer in the composition to the total surface area of the powder in the composition is 0.1-2500 μg/m2.
