Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to set the single grain size equivalent diameter ds of soft magnetic metal powder, expressed by the following equation, to 210 μm or lower to make the eddy current loss less than 150 W/kg at a frequency of 3,000 Hz, where ds indicates single particle size equivalent diameter [m] of the soft magnetic metal powder, dMN indicates the number average particle size [m] of the soft magnetic metal powder, and σ indicates the standard deviation [m] of the particle sizes of the soft magnetic metal powder.
