Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of surface coatings, and specifically relates to a powder-cored wire, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, and a porous coating and a preparation method therefor. The present invention provides a powder-cored wire, comprising a core wire and a skin, wherein the core wire comprises the following ingredients in percentages by mass: 15.0-30.0% of Cr, 1.5-2.5% of Si, 5.0-10.0% of Ni, 1.0-5.0% of TiH2, and the balance being Fe; and the material of the skin is steel. The test results of an embodiment show that a porous coating which is obtained using the powder-cored wire provided by the present application through supersonic arc spraying has a good pore structure and bond strength, with the coating porosity reaching 46% and the coating bond strength reaching 45 MPa.
