Abstract:
A powder discharge mechanism capable of sending powder to the forward end side while effectively preventing retention of the powder. A powder discharge mechanism (4) has a discharge opening member (40) that is composed of a pipe-like front discharge section (4a) and a hopper-like rear powder collection section (4b); a shaft member (5) that is provided in the discharge opening member (40) along its axis and whose rear end is connected to a motor (7) behind the discharge opening member (40); spiral discs (41, 41, ...) that are individually arranged and attached at predetermined intervals at installation holes to the shaft member (5) with a gap of each of the spiral discs aligned to the next, the gap being a gap formed between a spiral start edge and spiral end edge of each spiral disc; springs (42) that are arranged between adjacent spiral discs (41, 41,...); wire-like projections (43) that project from ends of the springs (42) and slide on the inner peripheral surface of the rear powder collection section (4b) by the rotation of the shaft member (5); a stirring spring (6) that is provided at the rear of the shaft member (5). The powder discharge mechanism (4) is attached, from the inside of a powder discharge device, to a forward end section and a powder nozzle of the powder discharge device.
