Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a powder dispersion that includes a tetrafluoroethylene polymer, a prescribed polyoxyalkylene-modified polydimethylsiloxane, and a liquid dispersion medium; and a composite that comprises a fired product that is highly endowed with the physical properties of a tetrafluoroethylene polymer. [Solution] The powder dispersion includes a tetrafluoroethylene polymer powder, a liquid dispersion medium, and a polyoxyalkylene-modified polydimethylsiloxane that has a weight average molecular weight of no more than 3000 and an HLB value of 1 to 18 as calculated from the Griffin formula. The composite can be produced by applying the powder dispersion and heating.
