Abstract:
The present invention relates to a powder dry pressing forming device and method. the device comprises a rack, wherein the rack is sequentially provided with an upper pressing mechanism, a workbench mechanism, and a lower pressing mechanism in an up-down direction; one side of the workbench mechanism is provided with a scraping mechanism; the upper pressing mechanism comprises an upper sliding block capable of moving up and down, and the bottom of the upper sliding block is provided with an upper die punch; the workbench mechanism comprises a middle die base, a workbench is fixed above the middle die base, a middle die is provided in the middle die base, and a core rod penetrates through the interior of the middle die; the lower pressing mechanism comprises a lower sliding block capable of moving up and down, and a lower die punch is fixed to the top end of the lower sliding block and can extend into a compaction space between the core rod and the middle die; the scraping mechanism comprises a push head connected to a scraping driving mechanism and capable of moving along the workbench, the push head is provided with a feeding channel capable of being communicated with the compaction space, and the feeding channel can be communicated with a material barrel provided on the rack. The dry pressing forming device of the present invention is high in degree of automation, capable of scraping powder, and good in processing effect.
