Abstract:
A powder dye bag breaking device for textiles. The bag breaking device can improve the bag-breaking efficiency by means of mechanically breaking dye packing bags. The bag breaking device comprises a frame (5); a hopper (4) is provided at the lower part in the frame (5), and is of a conical structure; a separating mesh (2) is provided on the upper surface of the hopper (4), and is of a porous structure; a discharge pipe (1) is provided on the lower surface of the hopper (4), and is communicated with the interior of the hopper (4); an electric roller (13) and a redirecting roller (10) are fixed at the upper part in the frame (5) by means of support rods (14); a chain (11) is connected between the electric roller (13) and the redirecting roller (10); several L-shaped hooks (8) are provided on the outer surface of the chain (11); a blade (7) is supported on an inner side wall of the frame (5) by means of a support rod (6); and the upper end of the blade (7) is higher than lower surfaces of the hooks (8). The bag breaking device is convenient and efficient in use, low in use costs, small in floor area, and suitable for bag breakage of powder textile dyes.
