Abstract:
A powder-filling device and a powder-filling method capable of achieving high-density
filling in a short time. The power-filling device having a pressurized hopper,
in which the hopper has a discharge section for discharging powder and also has
a gas introduction section located above a powder layer surface formed by at least
powder in the hopper. The powder layer is formed in the hopper so as to close the
discharge section. With the discharge section closed, gas is introduced into
the hopper from the gas introduction section to pressurize the inside of the hopper,
and the discharge section is opened after the pressurization. By this, the powder
layer formed so as to close the discharge section is discharged by using the pressure
and the powder is placed in a container.
