Abstract:
A powder filling device 10 is provided with: a powder storing chamber 11 having an inner space for storing powder, and a lower opening 1111, at the lower portion capable of forming a sealed space with a powder filling portion (cavity 22) of a to-be-filled vessel 20; a flexible membrane 12 stretched within the powder storing chamber 11 for air-tightly separating spaces on the upper side and the lower side of the membrane; a pressure change imparting part 14 for repeatedly increasing and decreasing pressure on the upper side of the membrane 12 in the powder storing chamber 11; and a membrane fall prevention member 13 located apart from and below the membrane 12 in the powder storing chamber 11 for preventing the membrane 12 from falling lower than a predetermined position. Powder can be inputted into a to-be-filled vessel, without clogging a gas supply port or discharge port with suspended powder, and at an even filling density.
