Abstract:
A powder fuel cell, at least comprises current collectors, fuel rooms, porous
separators, electrolyte rooms and gas diffusion electrodes. The porous separator
is to provide the passage of the oxide which is the reaction product of the fuel
passing through the pore to the electrolyte room and obstructing the fuel powder
which is not reacted. The electrolyte room is used for providing the electrolyte
storage space to conduct the ion and the oxide collecting space after reaction.
One side of the gas diffusion electrode forms the inlet and outlet of the catalyze
reaction of the oxidizer to acquire the electron and ion conduction. The current
collector and the gas diffusion electrode are connected by convex column and
the convex column connects a cathode and an anode directly to form circuit loop
and the external lead is omitted. So the powder fuel cell can be used as a power storage
and portable power supply.
