Abstract:
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a composition that does not impair the water resistance of a hydrophobic powder while taking on the form of a powder-in oil-in water type. A powder-in oil-in water composition characterized by being provided with a hydrophobic powder, an oil phase in which the hydrophobic powder is dispersed, and a water phase in which the oil phase is dispersed, a core-corona type microgel partially provided with hydrophilic groups on the surface of hydrophobic gel microparticles being used as a dispersant for dispersing the oil phase in the water phase.
