Abstract:
Provided is a powder metallurgy sintering method for a non-magnetic steel structural component. A powder metallurgy sintering device is used for carrying out sintering. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a green body of the non-magnetic steel structural component; the powder metallurgy sintering device having a tray used for placing the green body; Laying sand at the bottom of the tray to form a sand layer; and placing the green body on the top of the sand layer for sintering so as to obtain the non-magnetic steel structural component. The powder metallurgy sintering method can reduce the size change before and after sintering the non-magnetic steel structural component, so that the tolerance thereof meets the requirement.
