Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a powder mixture using a polymerizable liquid crystal compound having excellent fluidity and handling properties that poses little risk of fire caused by solvent flammability, that does not undergo changes in the appearance of the contents due to precipitation or crystallization during low-temperature storage, that does not change in composition due to volatilization of the solvent during long-term storage or due to leakage during long-term storage or transport, and that is not viscous like a nematic liquid crystal composition. Also provided is a nematic liquid crystal composition that uses the powder mixture, a solution composition, a cured product, an optical film, and a display element.
