Abstract:
Provided are a method, etc., that can produce a powder molded body by preventing a relative translation in the vertical direction between split molds, which originates from an inclined split surface constituting the split surface of each split mold, to thereby improve the molding accuracy of a sintered body. Each of a plurality of split molds (11, 12) has a split surface (111, 121) and a defining surface (112, 122) that defines a cavity 100. The split surfaces have inclined split surfaces (1112, 1212) that are inclined with respect to the translation direction, and at least a pair of vertical split surfaces (1112, 1113, 1211, 1213) that is arranged on the opposite side with respect to the defining surface and is perpendicular to the translation direction. The plurality of split molds 11, 12 abut each other on at least aforementioned one pair of vertical split surfaces at least among the split surfaces, and abut each other keeping an interval d separated in the range of 1-30 μm on the inclined divided surfaces (1112, 1212), thereby forming the cavity 100.
