Abstract:
Powder (a) of tablets (T) dispensed from a tablet storing section (1, 2) is smoothly removed. Disclosed is a medicine dispenser, which feeds tablets dispensed from a tablet storing section having a plurality of tablet feeders to a tablet packaging section and which packages said tablets. A tablet powder removal device is disposed on a medicine preparation unit (6) positioned between the tablet storing section and the tablet packaging section. The medicine preparation unit (6) has a plurality of upper-side opened housing sections (20) which rotates, and each upper-side opened housing section (20) is fed with tablets amounting to one package. Each upper-side opened housing section (20) is configured from a fixed plate (21), which has a groove/ridge section, on one of the side walls, and a wobbling plate (22) on the other side wall, which faces the first side wall. The wobbling plate (22) vibrates when a cam roller (24) rolls over a plurality of protrusions (31a) while the upper-side opened housing section rotates. As a consequence of said vibration, the powder (a) attached to the tablets, which are positioned between both plates (21, 22) (inside the upper-side opened housing section (20)), is removed. The powder (a) falls through an opening (t) between both plates, and is discharged to the outside of the upper-side opened housing section. The wobbling plate drops the tablets disposed within the upper-side opened housing section by dramatically wobbling when the cam roller rolls over a cam (30).
