Abstract:
This powder rolling device (1) comprises a pair of rolling rolls (2) for bonding a powder material (Y) to a sheet-shaped substrate (X) by pressure, pre-reduction rolls (8) for pressing the powder material (Y) against the peripheral surfaces of the rolling rolls (2) before the powder material (Y) is bonded to the substrate (X) by pressure, and supporting means (10) for movably supporting the pre-reduction rolls (8) such that the load applied to the pre-reduction rolls (8) is a predetermined set value.
